Join WIN and Council Member Brooke Pinto who represents Ward 2. Council Member Pinto is chair of the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee, so this meeting will focus primarily on public safety, and particularly on strategies to reduce gun violence other than increasing police presence. Although relatively few TS members live in Ward 2, this is a citywide issue so ward residence is not particularly important.
The action will take place from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1518 M Street, NW.
